If a purchase is made on the platform, payment is due at the time of the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy

Any services that need to be cancelled from Smart Shopper 411 require a cancellation notice that must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
